Brett Gadomski

Chief Operating Officer

Brett began his professional journey at West Virginia University, where he earned his degree in Psychology. Shortly thereafter, he entered the EMS field with Priority Ambulance, serving as an Emergency Medical Vehicle Operator (EMVO) and Director of Public Relations. These early roles allowed Brett to develop both operational insight and a strong understanding of community engagement within emergency medical services.

Driven by a desire to grow clinically and professionally, Brett obtained his Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification and has since served as a frontline clinician on a wide variety of call types. Over the past seven years, he has gained extensive experience in 911 emergency response, inter-facility transports (IFTs), and comprehensive patient care operations. His background includes service with both public, fire-department based EMS agencies and privately owned EMS organizations, giving him a well rounded perspective on the industry.

In his new role as Chief Operating Office, Brett will work alongside our CEO, Medical Director and Administrative Leadership Team to ensure continuity in WV Lifeline's strategic growth, field operations, and long-term vision of "Mobilizing Accessibility." His operational experience, clinical knowledge and leadership background position him well to help strengthen ambulance availability across our region.

Brett is excited to contribute to the continued expansion of WV Lifeline Ambulance Services while fostering a team of dedicated and motivated EMS personnel committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients and communities we serve.
